Our Middle Shool athletic program provides our students with lifelong skills to develop and promote growth physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.Athletics provide instruction in the basic skills and techniques of the game. Participating in team sports provides a setting for promoting Christian attitudes about teamwork, leadership, competition, sportsmanship, cooperation, and sacrifice. 

Interscholastic sports are offered to girls and boys in grades 5-8 including girls’ volleyball, boys’ and girls' soccer, boys’ and girls’ basketball, and boys’ and girls’ cross country track. (4th grade can participate in cross country) Grace Lutheran School competes in the prestigious Middle School Wasatch Athletic Conference WAC which includes top ranking private schools in the Wasatch area including:
